International Christmas Party

What is the True Meaning of Christmas?

Join us for a Christmas show, food, and discussion on the true origin of Christmas

Come Learn the True Story of Christmas!

Every December, Badger Internationals hosts an international Christmas party in downtown Madison. It’s a wonderful highlight of the end of the year, and for many students it’s an essential break from exam studies and end-of-semester projects.

You will be joined by many other internationals as well as American hosts. The hosts will greet you, invite you to join a table, and answer any questions you may have. Together we will explore the true history of Christmas, enjoy some popular Christmas carols, and share some food, snacks, and dessert.

The highlight of the evening is a reenactment of the Nativity story (the story of Christmas) with your fellow international students playing the parts of the story! Intermingled through the show will be some of the most famous Christmas songs that you will likely hear on the radio or while out shopping.

Following the show, you will have plenty of time to enjoy more food and drink as well as conversation with other internationals and Americans.
