We are a fellowship of UW-Madison international students, visiting scholars, and American volunteers. We provide fellowship, practical help on adjusting to life in Madison, lively English conversations, discussions about faith, and fun social activities to enrich your time here in the United States.
International Friendship Center
The International Friendship Center (IFC) is a wonderful place to practice English, experience American cultural activities, and learn about Christianity. We have 17 free online and in-person English classes and Bible studies each week, along with 2-3 cultural events each month. Experience community, connection and friendship at the IFC!

Our focus is to love international students. We offer friendship regardless of race, nationality or religious preference. To help you adjust to life in America, we provide airport pickups and help you settle in Madison; arrange activities and events for you to experience American culture; and assist with your practical, emotional and spiritual needs.
InterVarsity Christian Fellowship is a movement of students and faculty active on more than 650 campuses in the US, and a member of the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students. In Madison, InterVarsity partners with International Fellowship. InterVarsity also has groups in Madison for undergrads, grads, Asian Americans, and nursing and business majors.
